The Penny From Hell

Small, cute, and happy until she meets a stranger. Don't come near the gate, fence, car, or anything she deems as belonging to her. Out fenced yard borders along a walkway that is used for walking, jogging, etc and asolutely nothing gets by without Penny having a fit. The barking never stops and she never listens to anyone. The lady next door has tried for the past three month to make friends but Penny won't have nothing to do with it. We were visiting my son for Easter and the lady next door came through the gate for dinner and before anyone could blink, Penny jumped up and bit her finger. I don't need a Pit Bull or any other breed of watch dog with the " Boss" in the house. We have even used the water hose and that has only dampened her spirits momentarily. When we go to the doggy park she's still after the biggest dogs there and this is with her muzzle on. It was decided last week that the muzzle would be on everytime she went outside in order to limit the barking at bit because even this way she can still make a noise it just a little more restricted. I have tried to get her dad to teach her some manners but he doesn't listen very well either.
