Tara is 9 years old and barks constantly. It is embarassing and extremely frustrating.No one comes in the house,no one can come near her and I can't take her anywhere. Unfortuneately she has also taught my 2 year old dachshund the same manners. I am supposed to move in with my fiance but we can't even sit in the same room.Converation with anyone is impossibleI end up screaming or in tears.I have read books,followed the dog whisperer and used bark collars:they simply rule my life. Please help, I am at my wits end.
